The Cabin Fever Quilters will be selling quilt raffle tickets for the 2007 Raffle Quilt until the drawing date of October 10, 2007.

Monies from the ticket sales goes towards fabric and supplies to make more "HUGS" quilts.

In the past two years the guild has sewn and donated a total of

150 “Hugs”
(baby quilts, lap robes, etc.) to the following organizations:

Long Term Care- Chewelah:
Lap robes are given to the residents to help keep them from getting chilled. The resident and his/her family keep the "hug(s)" of their choice.

Colville Crisis Pregnancy Center: Baby quilts are given to the center for their mothers-to-be to choose from and keep.

Ogden Hall: Baby quilts are donated for the little ones of the families that take refuge at Ogden Hall.

Pine Wood Terrace: 
Lap robes are given to the residents to help keep them from getting chilled. The resident and his/her family keep the "hug(s)" of their choice.

Vanessa Beehan Crisis Nursery: Baby quilts are given to the babies that find their way to this nursery.

Fire Quilts: Are given to each child that has lost his/her home to this devastating tragedy in the South Stevens-North Spokane areas.

125-250 Christmas Stockings annually: Are made and donated to four areas on a rotating basis (One year it is Valley, the second year it is Chewelah, the third year it is Deer Park, and the fourth year it is Springdale/Loon Lake).

Local Fair Prizes: Two $25 prizes are given to children that submit handcrafts they have made in each of the local fairs of Hunters, Deer Park/Clayton, Valley, and Colville.

Medical Lake Hospital: One or more quilts are donated to this facility each year.
